Custom Orders – All Sales Are Final
At 1800Awnings.com, every product is custom-built to your exact dimensions, finish selections, and design preferences. Because each order is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

We recommend that customers carefully review their specifications and take advantage of our optional sample services to confirm finishes before placing an order.

Color Samples Available
To help you confidently select your finish, we offer physical powder coat sample chips:

  • $5 per color sample

  • Shipped directly to your address

  • Wood grain aluminum swatches available upon request

Samples are a great way to confirm color accuracy prior to production. To request, visit our [Color Samples Page] or contact our team directly.

Shipping & Crating
We ship to most locations in the continental United States. Every product is securely packaged and crated to prevent damage during transit.

Once your order is confirmed and enters production, we will provide:

  • Estimated production lead time (typically 4–6 weeks)

  • Shipping timeline and tracking information once dispatched

  • Curbside or jobsite delivery depending on carrier and location

We are experienced in shipping nationwide and take great care to ensure your product arrives safely.

Damaged Shipments
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.

  • If damage is visible, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

  • Concealed damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and a description of the issue.

We will promptly work with you to resolve legitimate damage claims.
