We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Depending on the size and type of your order, we select the most secure and efficient shipping method:

  • FedEx or UPS for smaller boxed components
  • LTL Freight (curbside delivery) for larger kits and materials
  • Crated Freight Shipping for oversized, fully assembled, or sensitive products

Every product is professionally packaged and crated in-house using heavy-duty materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition—ready for installation.

Offloading Information – Be Prepared at Delivery

Larger shipments such as crated awnings, pergolas, or canopy kits are delivered via freight carriers with curbside or dock delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be prepared to offload the shipment upon arrival. We recommend one of the following:

  • A forklift or pallet jack if receiving at a commercial property
  • Two or more people to assist with hand unloading at residential or job site locations
  • Notify us in advance if a liftgate truck is required (some areas may not support this option)

Our team will communicate delivery details prior to shipment and assist with planning the right offloading method for your site.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Tracking information and ETA
  • Guidelines for unloading
  • Support from our logistics team in case of delays or delivery questions
