How ARCHEX Wood Grain Is Made
We start with architectural powder-coated aluminum, then use a heat-and-pressure sublimation process to bond a woodgrain pattern permanently into the coating — not onto it. The grain becomes part of the finish itself, wrapping the full profile on every side. This is not vinyl, not a printed film, and not a sticker that peels at the edges. It's a single, fused, UV-stable surface engineered to look like wood for decades.
