All products are manufactured at our facility in Tampa, Florida and shipped directly to your location.
Production & Lead Times
- Our normal lead time from the date of purchase is 2-3 weeks. Lead time will be based on the order quantity.
- Fully assembled or larger custom items may require additional time. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Shipping Methods
- Down Kits ship via standard freight with clear assembly instructions
- Knock-Down Kits ship via standard freight with clear assembly instructions
- Fully Assembled Systems are securely crated and shipped using trusted freight carriers. Liftgate service is available upon request.
Delivery
- Smaller packages are delivered to your door.
- Larger items are curbside delivery only. Please arrange for help unloading, as freight drivers are not responsible for bringing items beyond the truck.

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items:
