Do you sell to facilities maintenance and property management companies directly?
Yes. 1800Awnings is the manufacturer, not a dealer, and sells directly to facilities maintenance contractors, property services firms, and property management companies nationwide. There is no program or franchise fee.
Can you match the canopy or awning we already have on other sites?
In most cases, yes. Send photos, dimensions, and the existing color (paint chip, RAL, or a sample) and we fabricate a matching profile in a custom-matched AAMA 2604/2605 powder coat. Wood-grain finishes are done in-house by sublimation.
How fast can you replace a storm-damaged canopy?
Custom-fabricated units typically ship 2–3 weeks after shop-drawing approval. Quick-ship profiles and sizes leave sooner. Call with the date you need and we will tell you exactly what is achievable.
Who installs the replacement?
Your own crews or any local contractor. Every order ships crated with shop drawings, written instructions, and phone and video support. 1800Awnings' own installation crews work only in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida area.
Do you provide engineering for permits or insurance claims?
Yes. Project-specific, PE-stamped structural calculations to ASCE 7 are available through our third-party engineering network, along with CAD/Revit details and submittal packages on request.
Do you accept purchase orders and offer net terms?
