One Outdoor Room, Not a Pile of Parts

High-end outdoor projects usually fail at the seams between trades: a pergola from one vendor, screens from another, an awning from a third, each in a slightly different white. We build the structure, the shade and the enclosure as one system. A louvered roof that tilts open for sun and closes for rain, screens that drop between the posts to block low sun or insects, and a retractable awning over the adjoining terrace — all in the same finish, all detailed to work together.

Built for Coastal and Southern Homes

Every unit is built in our own plant at 4608 N. Hale Ave in Tampa: aluminum extrusions are cut and welded by our fabricators, powder coated in-house to any RAL color or finished in aluminum woodgrain, then wrapped and custom-crated by the same crew. All-aluminum frames and stainless fasteners mean there is no steel to rust in salt air.

That matters on the water. Salt spray from Naples to Charleston to the Outer Banks finds every steel screw and bare cut edge on a lesser structure. Ours has neither, so a luxury pergola still looks new years after the neighbor's wood one has been sanded and stained twice.

Every order is made to your exact dimensions and finish, so we confirm the drawings with you before anything is cut. Samples are available before you commit to a color.

What does a luxury louvered pergola cost?

It depends on size, motorization, screens, lighting and finish, so we quote each project from your dimensions. Send measurements or plans and we will price the exact configuration — free freight to the lower 48 is included.

Can you match the finish to my home or decking?

Yes. We powder-coat in-house to any RAL color and apply aluminum woodgrain finishes on our own line. We can send samples so you can see the finish against your trim, stone or decking before ordering.

Do you install outside Florida?

Our own installation crews work the Tampa Bay area only. Outside Tampa Bay, your contractor installs a fully assembled crated system, and we supply shop drawings plus phone and video support during the install.

Will an aluminum pergola hold up near the ocean?

Coastal homes are what all-aluminum construction is built for: no steel in the frame, stainless fasteners, and powder coat on every surface including cut edges. We size the structure to the exposure you describe and supply drawings for engineering or permit review.

Can screens and an awning be added to a pergola later?

Yes, but it is easier and cleaner to plan them together so posts, beams and screen housings are sized for them from the start. Tell us what you may add later and we will build the structure to accept it.
